Let's do it again for the first time

This will be my online record of the experiences with P90X for one more time.
I've just gotten back in town on Wednesday after being gone for 6 weeks. While I was gone I took some pictures of myself and was not happy with how I looked. My pictures showed that I looked overweight to me. Well I decided to do something about it by doing the P90X again to help control the weight. I going to start out light for the first week cause going to fast wears me out and my muscles will be so tired that I wont do any more exercise. It's about 10:00am so now I need to print my workout sheet to keep track of the reps that I do. I will be back to update and write down how things went for this workout
